Information regarding processing of personal data
SUBJECT: information pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 13, 23 and 26 of Legislative Decree no. 30.6.2003 n. 196 on the protection of personal data.

The processing shall be effected with manual and automatic systems used to memorize, manage and transmit the data, with logic strictly related to the purposes, based on the data in our possession and with commitment from you to immediately communicate any corrections, additions and updates;
Your personal data may be communicated to:
• to ns. tax consultant;
• for public and private agencies, also following inspections or audits: Financial Administration organs Tax Police and judicial authorities;
• subjects which can access your data in accordance with provisions of law or by secondary or community;
In case of your refusal to provide data or to allow their treatment or their communication will cause:
• the impossibility to start or continue the transaction, or to effect some operations, if the data are required for effecting the transaction or operation;
• the impossibility to effect some operations which require the communication of the data to subjects which are functionally related to them;
• the failure to communicate the data to subjects which carry out other activities, not functionally related to effecting the transaction;
To You is provided for the exercise of certain rights, in particular:
• know the existence or not of personal data concerning you and their communication in an intelligible form;
• be informed about the controller, the purposes and methods of treatment and the persons responsible, subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed;
• obtain the updating, rectification or integration of data;
• obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of the same;
• oppose for legitimate reasons to the processing of data, within the limits established by law;
• oppose the sending of advertising material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Article 1 – INTRODUCTION
The purchase order is valid and binding for the buyer from the time of this writing. Our Company reserves the right not to accept the contrary. The price of the equipment unless otherwise specified, means valid as last published list and in force by the manufacturer.
2 – DELIVERY – DELIVERY
Unless agreements contrary all our sales are for goods ex works.
The goods always travel at the risk and peril even when the price is agreed upon by prepaid transportation.
3 – DELIVERY
Even when they agreed terms of delivery, these are not binding for our company, being worth only as approximate.
Our Company will not therefore be liable for any direct or indirect damages or penalties arising from a late delivery.
La mit.D. Reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the customer’s master data and if the order is incorrect, the order will be blocked.
4 – CLAIMS AND DISPUTES
Any complaints regarding the supply of goods will not be accepted expiration of eight days from receipt of the goods. No claim for defects, faults, nature and quality of the goods can be relied upon even by a court unless he has held the regular payment of the goods to which the complaint refers.
In the case of return to our Company the goods subject of the complaint, it must be sent at the risk of the sender, subject to prior authorization.
5 – TERMS OF PAYMENT
Are not granted rounding or unauthorized deductions, on the balance of our invoices.
Invoices are to be paid within the periods specified in the offer and subsequent confirmation of order. Late payment interest on arrears shall be taken in accordance with normal banking rates. Failure or delay in payment of all or part of a provision will give our faculty MIT.D. Ltd., to suspend the supply of equipment or services in the course until full settlement of the debt position, without any prior notice or formal burden of formal notice. For unpaid charges will apply to € 10 + VAT invoiced regularly.
6 – CONTRACTS – DISPUTES
The sale agreements are governed by the Italian legislation.
Jurisdiction is to Cuneo.
Any disputes or legal disputes do not exempt the Customer from complying with the terms of payment and do not imply any extension of the agreed terms.
